Sublingual (Under the tongue).  One full dose is 1ml (one full dropper) under the tongue for thirty seconds then proceed to swallow the tincture. Takes approximately 30-45 minutes to take effect; not recommended on an empty stomach in order for an edible to digest and have it's full effects.
